I tried the following to reset the BIOS but not luck: unplug the computer, remove all the ram from the system, with the computer unplugged, hold the power button for 30 seconds, then remove the CMOS battery for 10 seconds and put it back in. Leave the computer unplugged for 30 minutes. I followed that and yes, the blue light came back for a few seconds before it turned back to the "yellow blinking", still no booting. I've seen someone else post the same problem on the community 2 years ago but no Dell employee came to answer.
