Well these are the corrupted strength perks: 1% increase in damage on both light and heavy attacks per point of corrupted strength. Kick knocks enemies down and knocks them back further. Attacks reduce enemy damage by 20% for 4 seconds. 5% chance on each attack to deal 50 points of corruption damage, added to normal damage and affected by buffs.
