Just bought and set it up on Xfinity gigabit plan. Had an issue where I was getting slow speeds on lan but you get limited free customer support with Netgear and they helped me fix it in like 5 mins (MTU setting). The software on app is annoying, I just did initial setup through that and the rest on a PC browser. But so far the modem has been good.
