Thank you! I had the same issue. When you go on your account website, look under PLAN tab and on the left side it has Reset Voicemail. Do that and then try it. When you look on Contacts, the righthand corner has Voicemail, hit that and then screen shows Call Voicemail. Do that and it should allow you to start over.
