Hello – I need to lean on the excellent collective knowledge of the team again. My 8N (1950) has had some hydraulic problems since I bought it a few years ago – it had the quadrant cover (outside the lever that adjusts the tool position) removed so the lever could be moved beyond the quadrant stop to raise the lift arms.Replace the plug. The lift should then work until the pump loses prime again, perhaps overnight, perhaps longer. If overnight it's time for an overhaul or replacement.
