But I also saw that some post say that exodia contagion zaw is not better than 'other melee'. So far my glaive prime works well in Steel Path, only face trouble in certain boss fight, kuva and sister final fight ... A contagion zaw allows you to reclaim ranged attacks whilst only having a melee equipped. I find it preferable to using a glaive as they're pretty clunky on console. Your mileage may vary. Attack Speed increases Projectile Flight Speed (unsure of direct linear correlation), but your projectiles fly faster and do not succumb to the puny force of gravity.
