Hydroid needs all he can get out of a rework, and Corroding Barrage as an innate ability is a good start. Tempest Barrage is one of the only abilities in his kit that is actually pretty good, but other than being pirate-related, it doesn't have much else going for it other than being a weaker Smite.

Nourish is great for energy economy and viral damage pair nicely with corrosive buffs. Although I wouldnt probably remove viral tempest for it, since that would greatly reduce priming potential and damage.
