Yes it is still used..use it a lot of times on industrial equipment and trucks..tractors and things like that..use some hardener and it buffs up nice..not like bc/cc job but certainly acceptable.. Hit it one pass with my new flex buffer and some Mequiars fine cut and a yellow wool pad.
