Now to answer your question, I would say your factory anti theft IS NOT causing your issue. It will make it unable to start,it doesnt kill anything else.It is important to point out that if you have a Ford PATS it will either disable the fuel injectors, starter solenoid, or both at the relays but ultimately at the PCM.
