99% are excellent tunes. There's the odd one that doesn't really work that well, but Praiano is a master at tuning for Gran Turismo as a whole, not just GT7. You don't really have to run aggressive rake like he does, but your car will understeer more if you don't.

Set 1 st gear for a better accel out the slower corner (Hairpin or else) or for grid start. Set last gear for the longer straight with a few more extra speed for stream.
