Carrigan, age 71, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019, at Harmony River Living Center in Hutchinson. Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019, from 1:00-4:00 P.M. at the Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hutchinson. Memorials preferred to Habitat for Humanity.
