I have a 2003 Honda Accord, V6, EX with 77,000 miles. This is a 3. 0 liter engine. Recently there has been a whining noise from the engine when it is cold. The dealership says that it is coming from the Power Steering Pump. The whining goes away when the vehicle is run for a while and the engine becomes hot.
