I aquired a really healthy tbi enigne, but I want to just install it and run it for now, so I figured I would pull the tbi intake and bolt on a 4 barrel intake and car setup, no deal though. the center bolts are not right for the heads.you need to either get a lower pressure in tank pump, a regulator to knock the pressure down to 6 psi, or get rid of the in tank pump and run a mechanical pump. then you need to get an older HEI distributor. this will render the computer irrelevant, so all that wiring can then be taken out- which really opens up the engine bay.How to convert TBI to Carb!
