Here’s how: Toe stretches. This exercise works on the bottom of the foot. Sit on a chair while extending your affected leg and placing your heel on the floor. Pull with your hand the big toe back towards your ankle. Hold for at least 15-30 seconds. Repeat 2-4 times, several times a day. Calf stretch.
