Just did 1B dmg in a R8 3 man run. Raging Inferno (Spiritual Blessing) gives energy recovery per 2M traveled (ontop of stacking buff for 450% base dmg). If you get enough movement speed (sword , and even just one movement scroll) You can spam your E endlessly and destroy everything. Was at the point I didnt need to use a weapon anymore , just kept sword out for movement speed. I think you make some good points here, a cd increase is probably an easy fix, but a 100% increase is quite heavy-handed unless we have data to support it.
