Trying to cancel this app was a nightmare. Twice last month my bank declined 2 attempted charges from BetterMe of 66.65. Because it wasn’t an approved charge I had to get a new debit card. Yesterday another 66.65 charge was attempted again. I finally reached out to BetterMe by email requesting this subscription be cancelled asap and it was.I got scammed by Better.me app Even though I don't have a subscription, better.me charged 29 USD to my credit card. I asked for a refund, but there was neither a refund nor an answer. This is a scam and I am complaining. Apple should not be the intermediary for the fraudulent application.

I was averaging about 2600 calories a day, and since starting my plan, I am now at about 1600-1800 calories a day. I increased my calorie intake by a little because I’ve been eating more protein.
