From reset on Wednesday up until reset yesterday there was only 3 strike force events. They normally occur every 2-4 hours. Last one happened 12 hours before reset, hence why I stated they throttled the chance of the event happening.To get any of these pieces, I recommend running solo Legendary Lost Sectors or the Vex Strike Force Event on Neomuna to guarantee Exotic drops you don’t already have. Exotic drops themselves aren’t guaranteed, but whenever you do get an Exotic drop from one of these activities, you’re going to get one not in your collections .Destiny 2 players who don’t want to miss a Vex Strike Force should either have notifications enabled for the Asher Mir Twitter account or add the Asher Mir Discord Bot to one of their channels ...Don’t use the discord (there is a bit of a delay) you could miss it.
