Nate, My go to 7/8 oz. 12 ga. load is in fact about what you stated. I use the Fio 616 Primer, in either AA or Rem. cases. 17.3 grs. Clays, a WAA12L wad or the Claybuster clone the CB0178-12, and 7/8 oz. shot. This load burns fairly clean, breaks targets with authority and has very little recoil.
